From the very beginning, they worked to ensure that I received a fair quote for the work that I needed to have done. There was no high pressure selling. They told me exactly what could be salvaged and provided enough information for me to make a good decision about what I wanted to have done.The workmanship was outstanding, and they took pictures of each step showing me what was transpiring. Chris and Stephan (manager) treated me the same as I think they would a member of their family. Chris gave me some tips about drainage and other things to preserve the area around the downspouts.All phone calls were promptly returned and follow up with me was impressive. Robert Chamberlin I highly recommend JR One. I had about 4 soffits blown out at the top of our 2 story house from a hurricane. It was 50 degrees with the wind blowing, I had my hoody on and they all had ski masks on. They carefully replaced the soffits. At this point they could have easily have considered their job complete and left due to the old weather. However, they found 2 other areas of displaced soffits and fixed them without any hesitation.
