Hanger, pitch and sealant inspection
While we're up there, we check hanger tightness, gutter pitch, and sealant condition at miters and corners. Issues get photographed and reported before they turn into expensive repairs.
Photo documentation of any issues

Pre-summer (May) and post-hurricane (November) is the sweet spot.
Heavy tree cover: 3 to 4 times per year. Moderate: 2 times per year (spring + fall). Homes with guards: every 2 to 3 years. After every named storm, regardless of the schedule, hurricane debris is its own event.
